Going ta Kansas City, Kansas City here I come.

So I'll be in KC this weekend, Tasha is picking us up and We're gonna stay at Fridge's house. So get ahold of me we are going out drinking Friday and then Saturday is Mike Welch's wedding, then back to chi-town Sunday. it'd be great to see you all.

So what happened

Last weekend ended up going out to dinner in Oak Park with Barbara. It was a Italian place and we got to sit out on the side walk. Then Saturday we drove to Peoria for Brian's suprise Birthday party at Bradley. They say you can never go back but I gave it a shot. Some pictures are up here.

This week has been me looking for a job, and then this weekend we go to KC for Mike Wekch's wedding so pictures will follow. Should be good to get back into town and see some faces that I don't get to anyomore. Hope everyone is enjoying the onset of Spring. It has been really nice up here. Sring is here and concert season approaches.

So where have I been??

Driving ended up working out fine, and have just been busy running around town, and stuff. Dinner was great I really enjoyed it and I think everyone I spoke with liked it too. Went to the two bars that were around the place and had a few post dinner drinks. Parking at the place was a breeze also. Then we headed back to Barbara's place, I was driving her car which is always a fun fit. I think it's a civic. Then basically went about the week as usual. Then Thursday went out to Jakes in Mundelin with BA and Sara after the OC. Friday hung with Ryan (I know) what a surprise, it was great basically shot the shit on his porch. Saturday pulled the ropes in and drove back to my dad's and just chilled, and then Sunday went to brunch with barbara's parents and sister, it was Italian food and was really good but the name of the place slips my mind. Then drove back to Libertyville for dinner at my moms, and then back to Barbara's place, 151 miles for the day, sweet rain storm on the way back too. Ended up taking like and hour and a half. Monday night made pizza and it actually came out pretty good. That brings me up to date and the OC is on tonight with a return of Anna- she kills! Then who knows what for the weekend maybe that movie Silent Hill? Later all I'm gonna try to get more diligent about posting but it is spring and concerts are coming as well as the cubs.

the weekend of travel

So starting this morning I will be driving all over the place. From my dad's to Libertyville for a haircut, (sorry about spooking the horse Dad). Then to hobby Lobby and Jewel for my mom. Then to Oak Park for the night then back to Libertyville for the night then Saturday back to Oak Park and then into the city... then sunday the day of rest. Monday back to Wayne. Whew.

Dinner Club is saturday at 8pm at Jane's in Bucktown in 1655 W. Cortland St. should be a good night of food and friends. Then out for drinks perhaps. See you all there.

Easter Egg Sunday

So this Sunday Barbara and I painted easter eggs. I made a roast for dinner and then had strawberry cake for dessert. Most of hers came out better than mine, but my purple one kicked some butt. Friday we went out to some bars on Madison and Saturday just kicked it at her place. Learned how to make Mojitos, they were quite good. Found out I didn't get the job, but alas I will keep looking. Other than that I got a new Xbox 360 game Oblivion which is pretty fun.
